David (Jada Building Projects) is a great builder. We were able to build our dream house and David was happy to work with us on the plan and make changes along the way. The build took longer than expected but at no fault of David, it was due to COVID delays. As a matter of fact, David honored his initial agreement and even though the price of building materials had gone up, David did not raise the price on us. The build quality was fantastic and very minimal defects were picked up. I would certainly build again with David.
